De-NexCred International provides professional training courses and certification programs in various fields including:

3. Registration and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• One account per person is allowed

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
• All payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Course prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• We reserve the right to change course fees with reasonable notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
• Refunds will not be issued after course materials have been accessed
• Refund requests should be sent to info@denexcrd.com
• Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days

6. Examinations and Certification

• Exams must be completed within the allotted time
• A passing score of 60% or higher is required for certification
• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
• Certificates can be verified through our verification system
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, and trademarks are the property of De-NexCred International. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials
• Share your account access with others
• Record or distribute course content without permission

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Impersonate another person

9. Limitation of Liability

De-NexCred International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
